Mili is a senior leader of the building performance and sustainability industry. After graduating in mechanical engineering, he started his career in mid 1990-s as an energy engineer and has held several positions in his 20+ career. His experience in energy engineering, project engineering, project development, measurement and verification, as well as various operational and sales management positions have had him involved in more than $200M of various energy efficiency, energy performance contracting, sustainability and infrastructure renewal projects.

His engineering and management expertise has spanned over practically all market sectors, including commercial, educational, health care, hospitality, and healthcare sectors. He has also held board positions, representing some of the corporations he worked for in ESAC (Energy Services Association of Canada). 

Most recently, Mili was a general manager of Siemens Canada building performance and sustainability business where he provided key expertise for business growth. 

Mili is a licensed professional engineer in Ontario and also holds a LEED AP designation.
