Sandra is the owner and managing director of the BYMS Consulting group. Sandra began her career in O&Y Properties in corporate and property accounting services in Toronto.  Most recently she held several roles at Canada Pension Plan Investment Board in real estate investment finance group.

Over the past 10 years, she has led structuring and finance teams in deal execution, accounting and reporting for 50B of global real estate investments and private debt investments.

Sandra has over 20 years of real estate accounting, investment operations and finance experience with a strong reputation for finding solutions for complex operational processes, team building, and change management

Ms. Hebib holds a Bachelor of Sc. in Economics from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University and is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant.
